    What Does TP4B2 Mean?

    “TP” stands for Town Planning scheme. TP4B2 refers to a sub-scheme under Town Planning Scheme 4 in Dholera SIR, in the Bhangadh area. The official Dholera site lists preliminary schemes TP 2A and TP 4A and draft schemes TP 1 to TP 6, so ask the seller for the current stage of the exact sub-scheme.

    Where Is TP4B2?

    It is in Bhangadh village within Dholera SIR. The Omana Projects listings in TP4B2 note proximity to the Tata semiconductor plant. The official Activation Area is a different, earlier phase, so do not assume TP4B2 has the same services today.
